Team: $585 + hst
Individual: $68.00 +hst
Individual or Group Registration – Opening Soon
Registration Deadline October 4th 2023. Register as soon as you can as spots are limited (don’t wait for the last day/ week as chances are the league will be full).

- Games are played with high-density foam balls and we are committed to maintaining top-quality equipment.

- We play every Wednesday evening, games are 1hr in length, game start times are 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 in St. Catharines. Depending on the number of teams there may be a 6:30 and/ or 9:30 start time as well.

Are you in the Niagara Region and intrigued by the idea of playing Coed Adult Dodgeball? Have you caught yourself wanting to throw things at other people, but never known there was an opportunity to do so? Or have you played before but are looking to get more from your league?
Playing Co-ed Adult Dodgeball with Niagara Rec Sports is a great way to enjoy being active with your friends, meet new people and stay in shape. Niagara Rec Sports Ceod Adult Ddogeball is 6 vs. 6 and requires that at least 2 of the players are female. All of our games are regulated by referees to guarantee all games stay fun and fair for everyone.
Games are played with high-density foam balls and we are committed to maintaining top-quality equipment.

With Niagara Rec Sports Dodgeball you can expect to enjoy weekly player deals and a Player Appreciation Night at our sponsor bar. Following the play-offs, a trophy will be awarded to the league champion as well as the winning teams name on the Niagara Rec Sports Champions Cup.
