Our Niagara Falls Leagues are held at the Regency Athletic Resort the ultimate social sport establishment.

- 3 divisions to choose from Competitive, Intermediate & Rec.
- Beach Volleyball begins the week of the May 24 Long Weekend – Mid September. Monday league begins May 15th 2023.
- Full Season – May – Mid Sept!
- Referees! Our games are regulated by OVA referees to guarantee all games stay fun and fair for everyone.
- Enjoy food and your favorite beverage right at the Volleyball Courts, no need to leave the action.
- (Non Covid season) Trophy’s, and have a chance to in the NRS Champions cup!
- Niagara Rec Sports is committed to maintaining top-quality equipment.
- Great way to get involved in a sport, stay in shape have fun and meet new people.
- We play at the Regency Athletic Resort, games are 1hr in length (not just 3 games and you’re done).
- Enjoy food and beverages right at the courts.
- Typical game start times are 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9:00pm depending on how many teams we have in each league games may start earlier or later to accommodate all teams (ie. 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30).
